軸承(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)(shi)套在(zai)泵軸上支撐泵軸的(de)(de)構件,有(you)滾(gun)動軸承(cheng)(cheng)和滑(hua)(hua)動軸承(cheng)(cheng)兩種。軸承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)依托為軸承(cheng)(cheng)箱。滾(gun)動軸承(cheng)(cheng)使用(yong)牛油(you)作為潤滑(hua)(hua)劑(ji)加(jia)油(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)適當一(yi)般(ban)為2/3~3/4的(de)(de)體積太(tai)多會發熱(re)(re)(re),太(tai)少又(you)有(you)響聲并(bing)(bing)發熱(re)(re)(re)!滑(hua)(hua)動軸承(cheng)(cheng)使用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)透明(ming)油(you)作潤滑(hua)(hua)劑(ji)的(de)(de),加(jia)油(you)到(dao)油(you)位(wei)線。太(tai)多油(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)沿泵軸滲(shen)出(chu),不利于散熱(re)(re)(re);太(tai)少軸承(cheng)(cheng)又(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)過熱(re)(re)(re)燒壞造成事故(gu)!在(zai)水泵運行(xing)過程中軸承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)Z高在(zai)85度(du)(du)一(yi)般(ban)運行(xing)在(zai)60度(du)(du)左右,如果(guo)高了就(jiu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)查找(zhao)原因(是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有(you)雜質(zhi),油(you)質(zhi)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)發黑(hei),是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)進水)并(bing)(bing)及時處(chu)理!
密封(feng)裝(zhuang)置。葉(xie)輪進口與(yu)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)間(jian)(jian)的間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)過大會(hui)造成(cheng)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)內高(gao)壓區的水經此間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)流向(xiang)低(di)壓區,影響泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的出水量,效(xiao)率降(jiang)低(di)!間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)過小會(hui)造成(cheng)葉(xie)輪與(yu)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)摩擦產生磨損。為(wei)(wei)了增加回流阻力減少(shao)內漏,延緩葉(xie)輪和泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)的所使用(yong)壽命,在泵(beng)(beng)(beng)殼(ke)內緣和葉(xie)輪外援結合(he)處裝(zhuang)有密封(feng)裝(zhuang)置,密封(feng)的間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保持在0.25~1.10mm之間(jian)(jian)為(wei)(wei)宜。
