      (4)有殘(can)渣聚積的場合(he)和排(pai)水管的Z低(di)點(安裝一個清潔閥(fa))。
      2.安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)方(fang)位(wei)  Z適宜的方(fang)位(wei)可幫助避(bi)免氣體(ti)(ti)的累(lei)積和測(ce)量管(guan)內的殘渣(zha)存(cun)積。垂直安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、流(liu)體(ti)(ti)自下而(er)上的安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)位(wei)臵為(wei)*方(fang)位(wei)。若(ruo)為(wei)水(shui)平(ping)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),測(ce)量電極平(ping)面必(bi)須水(shui)平(ping),這樣可以防(fang)止由于夾(jia)帶的氣泡而(er)產生的電極短時間絕緣(yuan)。空管(guan)檢測(ce)功能僅當測(ce)量裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)臵為(wei)水(shui)平(ping)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)變(bian)送器外殼向上時能正確工作。 
      3.振動  如果振動劇(ju)烈,注意支撐管道(dao)和傳(chuan)感器(qi);若(ruo)振動非常劇(ju)烈應(ying)將傳(chuan)感器(qi)和變送(song)器(qi)分開安裝。不(bu)允許(xu)利(li)用外框承住傳(chuan)感器(qi)的(de)重量,這會使外框變形并(bing)破壞(huai)內(nei)部勵磁線圈。 
      4.出入口(kou)(kou)(kou)直管(guan)段  安裝(zhuang)傳(chuan)感器時要盡量(liang)避免閥門、三(san)通、彎頭等(deng)組件(jian),與(yu)他(ta)們(men)之間的(de)距離應(ying)能保證所需(xu)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)(kou)和出口(kou)(kou)(kou)直管(guan)段以(yi)確(que)保測(ce)量(liang)精度:入口(kou)(kou)(kou)長度≥5DN,出口(kou)(kou)(kou)長度≥2DN。
       三、電(dian)(dian)氣連接 1. 變送器的(de)(de)密封  因為電(dian)(dian)磁流量計(ji)變送器腔體(ti)內的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路板極(ji)易(yi)受到(dao)如水、潮(chao)濕氣體(ti)、腐(fu)蝕性氣體(ti)等的(de)(de)腐(fu)蝕而損壞,所以電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)入線口必(bi)須要加上電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)密封套,易(yi)燃易(yi)爆場(chang)所還要滿足相(xiang)應的(de)(de)防(fang)爆要求,這一點(dian)要特別(bie)注(zhu)意。
       ! 注:密封性不(bu)好極易造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)路板損壞!  2. 電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜敷設及接(jie)線  (1)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的導(dao)線截面積Z大不(bu)超過2.5mm2 ,供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源:85…260V AC,20…55V AC,16…62V DC。端子:L1對(dui)AC,L+對(dui)DC; 端子NO.2:N對(dui)AC,L-對(dui)DC。不(bu)能(neng)接(jie)入(ru)380V交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
      四、操作(zuo) 顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)操作(zuo)面板(ban)  您(nin)可(ke)以(yi)通過就地顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)屏,直接讀到(dao)所有(you)關于測(ce)(ce)量(liang)點的(de)重要(yao)(yao)參數和(he)設(she)定參數。顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)區(qu)有(you)兩(liang)行顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi),可(ke)以(yi)顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)值(zhi)和(he)狀態變(bian)量(liang)(流量(liang)方(fang)向,部分漏管,棒圖等)。您(nin)可(ke)以(yi)根(gen)據(ju)需要(yao)(yao)和(he)喜愛改變(bian)參數變(bian)量(liang)的(de)顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)行。  液(ye)(ye)晶顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)  兩(liang)行有(you)背光(guang)的(de)液(ye)(ye)晶顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)值(zhi)、診(zhen)斷信(xin)(xin)息(xi)、對話文字、錯誤信(xin)(xin)息(xi)和(he)提示(shi)(shi)(shi)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)。當正(zheng)常測(ce)(ce)量(liang)過程中,屏幕顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)主頁(操作(zuo)模(mo)式)。  上顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)行:顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)主要(yao)(yao)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)值(zhi),如:用(yong)ml/min或%為單(dan)位的(de)體(ti)積流量(liang);  下顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)行:顯(xian)(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)充的(de)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)變(bian)量(liang)和(he)狀態變(bian)量(liang),如:以(yi)m3為單(dan)位的(de)累加器,棒圖,測(ce)(ce)量(liang)點設(she)計。  輸入按(an)鈕E
